How to get review on your products?-Complete Guide for Daraz Seller 2021

We all are aware that reviews matters a lot in the propagation and sale of the product. Apart from customers recommending your product to friends and family, another great benefit is that the platform itself pushes products with good review on the 1st page of Daraz and often include it in the official ad channel. It is quite possible for your products to appear on sponsored ads on Facebook and Instagram. Sometimes you will find it in the status of the the official page on these platforms too. Therefore we all are very clear that this is what we must have on our product page in order to stand out and help our customer choose our store over others. We will try to provide a complete guide on how you can get reviews too as a beginner seller on Daraz:

1, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE CHAT:

Always ask for reviews on personal DM after the order has been shipped. Note that the message must be a very professional one as even sending emoji in chats can lead to violation of sellers-customer  policy. So always keep the text precise and to the point. This matters a lot and people are reminded to comment or provide a feedback or the review when they visit the platform next time.

2, NUMBERS MATTER:

Always send store invite to all buyers. You can find a chat option under your orders tab on each individual order. This will take you to the personal chat option. After which is you can see store invite tag above. click to send it. Numbers really matter in this case. The next time you add products for camping or vouchers or bundles, a personal notification is sent to all the store followers. Also people prefer to make a purchase from seller that has great number of people following them. It signifies that this amount of people has defiantly made a purchase and are satisfied with their order.

3, EVERYONE LOVES SOMETHING COMPLIMENTARY:

Always try to add something complimentary if you can. May it be something very little. This act will defiantly push them to provide a positive feedback on the product and the seller both. Make sure to always add extra product when you need a review on your newest item or want that particular product to sale more. It will boost and encourage other people to purchase from your store in the hope of receiving something extra.

4, DON'T LIE:

Always send the right product as listed on the description and shown in the picture on your product SKU. Remember that your product should be exactly as shown in the picture as it would otherwise lead to unfulfilled expectation and it will piss your customer. This leads to increased return rates and overall bad rating. Other sales of products will also fall down due to as known as the butterfly effect.

5, PACK CAREFULLY AND ADD ALL THE COMPONENTS:

Make sure to add all the necessary components as listed on "What's in the box" on your product page. You need to put every thing that accompanies the product such as mobile phone may carry USB cord, charger, handsfree, guide book etc.

6, DON'T GET DISCOURAGED:

Often with good people there are some bad guys too. You will see that even after doing everything right from the check list, some customers maybe 1,2 only will still provide a negative feedback or lie or try to scam the platform. But remember that it does not really matter. You may think that if there is a bad review your SKU will go down. But this is not true. If majority of the reviews are positive it will not even show in the reviews section, but will only increase the number of people that has reviewed the product. Therefore never delete the SKU if ever in this situation.
