Seller vouchers will create an incentive for the customer of the shop and will greatly influence the decision making. Daraz offers a set of options for the sellers to choose from and personalize the voucher type according to its shop standing. Seller can choose the type of vouchers, the time period it is valid for, whether it is in terms of money value or percentage value of the purchase made. Therefore Seller can have a clear idea and control of it's vouchers.

2, How many type of vouchers are there?

There are 2 Types of vouchers:

a, Collectable vouchers

b, Code vouchers

3, When will the vouchers become live?

Both of the vouchers can appear online as soon as they are created in real time. Collectable Vouchers can be collected and stored in the customer's account for redemption. Discounts are automatically applied once the criteria is met and multiple vouchers can be used in the same order(but one voucher per seller)

Collectable vouchers are offered and can be added at the checkout tab by the customer. But note that If  a customer collects a voucher, there is no guarantee that they will redeem it. While Code vouchers are to be inputted by the buyer at the end of the cart which means Voucher code has to be  manually applied at checkout for a discount. It is Limited to 1 code voucher per order. Voucher Codes are not stackable and it also incentivizes customer to checkout immediately. Also Copy code function codes, prevents customer from browsing other products in store. If a customer collects a voucher code, redemption is guaranteed.

Seller can choose the period the voucher is valid, after which it will automatically be made inactive. Vouchers are also offered on a minimum purchase amount set by the Seller.

4, How are vouchers created?

1, Go to seller center, under promotions tab, go to vouchers.

2, Add new voucher. Here you can choose for Collectable or code vouchers.

3, Insert the name of the voucher, the time period it is valid for and your unique code. This code is visible to the customer and they can avail vouchers offered by seller through entering this unique code after making a purchase from your store.

4, You can then select the minimum amount after which the code is valid.

5, You can also choose the number of vouchers offered by the store and how many vouchers one customer can avail.

6, Next you can choose whether the voucher is store vouchers or Product Voucher. This simply means that it is valid for any purchase made within the store. The 2nd case is where you choose particular SKUs that are only eligible for the voucher offer. Here you can select your product SKU.

7, Next is the main step, here you choose the discounted amount in terms of money value or percentage. You can also enter the maximum amount of discount offered in case of percentage voucher. Be cautious to keep the offer such that it is not over priced and it will attract the customer, also keeping in mind that its competitiveness doesn't cause you any loss or regrets.

8, That's is all you need to enter. The moment you click submit, the voucher will be online and can be availed. You can also DM your regulars customers the code. Or it will be visible on the store and all your store followers. Also note that sometimes it can take up to 30mins for the vouchers to appear online on the store due to some error or technical glitch in the system.

Note that the code is compatible on budgeted or other promotional products. Thus be careful when entering the discount. Otherwise you will end up with the customer paying very little for the total worth of the items.

5, How can you promote your vouchers??

Daraz enables the sellers to generate a URL or a QR code of the voucher offered. Seller can then share It on all the social media platform to promote and bring traffic to their store.

Voucher promotions are also a great way to participate in self propelled campaigns on the platform, only reserved for sellers that have ongoing vouchers. Therefore bringing traffic to your store.
