Sellers often complain about their products getting rejected when uploaded and the QA (quality assurance) doesn't approve their product. This is a very uprising issue in the recent times as Daraz has updated its policy. There are many reasons why a product is being rejected. To fully understand first analyse the process of product approval:
As depicted in the graph above, you can edit the rejected product according to the reason provided by QA team. For product to be live on Daraz, it may take upto 2hr to 48 hrs since it was published. It is important to understand that one product can be rejected with multiple rejection reasons and constant revision of the content before Quality Check approval can cause delay in the review process
Rejected SKUs can be divided in two major category:
1. Policy Violation:
The product under policy violation are immediately locked from the listings and is not allowed to be edited for resubmission. Any lack of the above features can cause lack of visibility and a possible reason for rejection by QA team.
3, Incorrect Brand Name:

Daraz does not allow fake or counterfeit products on the product. Products that show different description as compared to the price of the product if its original. In case of this ambiguity the product will be rejected. Seller are not allowed to fraud any customer.
6, Size chart required:
For all items that require a size must include one for the better understanding of customers. All such items should clearly mention the measurements to avoid return issues.
7, No scribbles are allowed:
No watermark or scribbles are allowed on the images uploaded for the product SKU. The picture must be clear, original and copyright free.
8, Features missing / insufficient information:
All the relevant and necessary information regarding the product must be mentioned in the product description. Incorrect or insufficient information on a particular product leads to QC rejection.
9, Other Reason:
If the product does not seem appropriate and as per Daraz standards for reasons other than the ones mentioned above, it may be rejected. You can find more about that with live chatting with the employees and learn more.
