How to boost the sell of a product under low conversion tab?-Complete guide for Daraz Seller 2020

In Daraz you can attract overall business performance as well as individual product performance. All this can be easily accessed from business advisor in the left panel. You will find yourself tabs such as short of stock, revenue dropping, low conversion rate, not selling, high revenue loss. All these tabs will equip you to boost sale for a specific product. Today we will discuss products under "low conversion tab" and how to remove it from it. Here are some tips that works for most seller:

Note that these are the products that are attracting traffic but giving you no sells. This can be due to a couple of reasons which we will discuss and try to comprehend below:

1, Picture quality:

Customer throw back rate can also be increased if you have put a different product on the thumbnail as compared to the original product. Make sure all the pictures are real and define the true characteristics of the product. It is not necessary to get professional photoshoot of your product, you just need good lighting to click the pictures such as all the details are visible and all angles of the product are captured. This helps build customer trust and helps them decide to purchase the product.

2, Edit the details or product description that is not providing clarity to customer

Make sure that all the details listed on the product match with the image. Check that the details list sizes, color, material property of the product appropriately.
Check that if you have missed any related component. Unclear description creates an ambiguity in the mind of the customer such as adding laptop + charger + Usb cord will clarify any concerns regarding incomplete product. This is mostly true when other sellers provide a comparatively detailed description of the same product, then the buyer will purchase from the store that mentions all the information he needs to know.

3, Keep market competitive price of the product

This can be true when a customer opens the products, he/she also sees similar products on the platform. If another seller is offering the same or similar product at a lower cost this will drive your page traffic away. Always make sure that the price of the product is according to the market rates.

4, Make sure to update your stock

Check whether the item under low conversion is in stock, sometimes not updating the quantity of the product can make it out of stock. Therefore regularly check and update your stock. You should also weekly check low stock tab to check when will the product get out of stock so that you can make the arrangements accordingly.

5, Try to clarify customer query

Customer can reach the seller in two ways, through direct DM or through customer questions. Always reply to clarify any query regarding the product. This creates trust and a good seller-buyer relationship. Always have a pleasing nature and take the customer first.

6, Put yourself in the customer shoe

Always see for yourself that if you want to purchase a product of this kind what will you be looking in it. And adjust your product accordingly whether by taking attractive or multiple pictures from different angles, through providing installment facility if the product is costly, by offering it in the form of bundle, providing color variation, giving a detailed description etc.
