Following are some of the reason why you are not getting enough sales on Daraz:
1, Non Compliance Point:
When a seller violets any sub policy between Daraz and seller, he may receive Non-Compliance Point (NCP). It is based on 48 points scale. Every violation may result in some penalty points. These points can have a huge impact on sales and shop visibility. The action taken against seller after reaching each threshold of points can be in the range of warning first which can then progress into blocking from search for 7-14 days, to turning all your products offline and finally leading to permanently deactivating your account at 48 points. At this point you cannot open your shop with same CNIC or email address. These points can be checked in seller centre under "growth centre" in "Policy Compliance" . These points will automatically reset after 365 days thus once you get them you cannot go back. Therefore it is important to adhere to Daraz policy. These policy are Product Guideline Policy, Fair Trading Policy, Seller Behaviour Policy and Restricted Brand Policy.
